Notes
- Double-elimination tournament with additional games to determine third and fifth place.
- The Scoreholio app will be used for brackets, court assignments, and real-time results. Please download the app for free in the app store.
- Times and court assignments are only listed for the first set of games on each court. Subsequent games will be assigned, in order, to the next available court.
- ACL rules will be used unless otherwise noted by the Event Director.
- Rules will be explained prior to the start of competition.
- Games will be played first to 21 points (does not have to be exactly 21). The cancellation rule will be used.
- Participants may bring their own bags as long as they are 6″ x 6″, weigh 15–16 oz., and are filled only with plastic resin.
- A player’s feet must remain behind the front of the board upon release of the bag.
- The team that scores will throw first in the next round. If it is a tie, the preceding team will throw again.
- Bags may not hit the ground before landing on the board. Any bag that does so must be removed before the next bag is tossed.
- Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Eligibility
Participation is limited to full-time employees, part-time employees, and interns of registered companies. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Non-employees are not permitted to participate. Participants must be prepared to verify employment if requested by Lincoln Corporate Games staff. Accepted forms of verification include, in the following order:
- Official company ID
- Business card
- Company-issued email
- LinkedIn profile
If a non-employee is found to be participating, the team will be disqualified and will not receive participation points.
Participation Guidelines
This is a bracketed event. Teams must meet all roster requirements—including minimum participant counts—to participate. Teams that do not meet the requirements may not compete in order to maintain bracket integrity.
Point System & Awards
| 1st Place | 600 points |
| 2nd Place | 300 points |
| 3rd Place | 250 points |
| 4th Place | 200 points |
| 5th Place | 150 points |
Companies that don’t place in the top five will receive 50 participation points per team.
Companies with no-show teams will be assessed 50 penalty points.
The top three teams in each division will receive medals, and the first-place team in each division will receive a Champion Banner at the conclusion of the Games.
